Can I use my own artwork on a shirt or poster?
Yes. In the design studio you can add your own text or a PNG/JPEG image up to 5 MB. Use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. The preview helps you arrange the design; production still needs a final artwork and resolution check.
What should I include in a custom project request?
Tell us the product, wording or artwork, finished dimensions, colors and quantity. Include your target date and any reference images. For decals and stencils, describe the surface and intended use. Pricing and production timing are confirmed after review.
How do I plan a custom LED neon sign?
Use the neon studio to try lettering, colors, widths and backing options. A room-photo preview is an illustration, not a measured installation plan. Logos, custom shapes and final production details need review before an exact quote is confirmed.
Can I request matching pieces for an event or business?
Yes. The occasion collections let you select several custom products and request a quote for the set. Include quantities, sizes, artwork and the target date so the whole project can be reviewed together.
Can I save a design and return to it?
Use Save in the design studio and return through My designs. You can keep up to 20 projects on the same browser. Drafts also autosave. Email my design creates a private recovery link for another device; keep that link before clearing browser cookies.
Are the previews and estimates final production specifications?
No. Product mockups and design previews illustrate an idea. Artwork, materials, sizing, pricing and timing need confirmation for custom work. A requested event date is not a confirmed delivery date.
